In using an article on the soft-ban list, or agreeing to PvP someone who uses an article on the soft-ban list, players consent that they have read in detail and agree to all of the following statements.

1. Players may only use articles on this list with explicit (i.e. yes/no) consent from every party involved.
   
   1. Players are to inform every party involved which article(s) they would like to use. This may be done by stating clearly the number(s) associated with the article(s).
2. The player bears all risk. PvP involving articles on this list is regulated solely by an honour system between the parties involved. Staff is not to be held responsible for anything that goes wrong, including but not limited to parties using articles that they did not initially disclose they possessed.

3. Players may open a ticket to suggest changes to or submit feedback concerning articles on this list, but staff reserves the right to have the final say.

Soft-Banned Articles

1. Coffee, and its three variant effects. 

   1. Caffeinated I

   2. Caffeinated II

   3. Caffeinated III

2. Simply Swords’ Sunfire and Harbinger's Standards

   1. Sunfire’s Standard

   2. Harbinger's Standard

3. Other Weapons from Simply Swords:
         a. Waxweaver
         b. Wickpiercer
         c. Emberlash
         d. Star’s Edge
         e. Tempest

       f. Mjolnir 

      g. Whisperwind

These weapons will be changed soon through configs. After the changes they will be removed from the soft ban list.

Bombs/Explosions are being added to the Softban list. You can use them in PVP, but be sure to have permission to do so first. 

Levitation Shot and Rise enchantments are both on the softban list.

Sunfire, Harbinger, Waxweaver, Wickpiercer, Emberlash, Star's Edge, Tempest, Mjolnir, and  Whisperwind are no longer softbanned. 

Arcanethyst and the Float runic gem are now soft-banned due to creating similar effects to the softbanned enchantments Levitation Shot and Rise. 

The enchantment "Ender Mind" has been added to the soft-ban list.
