We strive to make this a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone here. Keep in mind that not everyone has the same knowledge, background or experiences as you. This includes watching your language and tone around other members. Harassing, cussing or bullying other people is frowned upon and action will be taken.
Revealing private information of other players, or yourself will be punished harshly. We try to keep the server a safe place, but we can not vet everyone in the server. Be very careful of what you reveal of yourself online, and never share any information you have of other players, it is up to that player and that player alone if they wish for others to know.
Spreading malicious false rumours against other players is not allowed, and will be punished highly. We are here to make friends and get along.
We do not want to exclude people due to not understanding your language. English is also the only language all staff can safely moderate, and so to make sure WE know everyone is following the rules, we require English only. If you are privately talking with someone (via whispers in, game or in a private VC, then you are open to use any language you wish - but know that we can not moderate if anything happens.
Certain controversial and inappropriate topics are out of place within this server. A non-exhaustive list of topics which do not belong on this server includes: politics, religion, swearing and violence. In the end though, it's the call of the moderator that is present to decide what is appropriate and what isn't. We do have a zero tolerance policy for slurs, NSFW is off limits due to this server being open to 13+. Racist behaviour, transphobic behaviour, homophobic behaviour and defamation all apply, as well as those of the sort. These topics also apply to videos and images.
Discord and Minecraft do not allow talking about illegally distributed software, such as cracked Minecraft clients. Therefore we don't help with or want you to talk about cracked (non-premium) minecraft clients or servers. We will not be providing support to people who ask.
Many questions have already been answered in the help channel. Because of the constant flow of new members, it is very time-consuming to answer the same questions over and over again. Therefore we would appreciate it if you could check that channel first and see if you can find a solution to your problem there.
Please don't bring drama from other servers or DMs into the public places. We are not judges of what happened outside of this server, and are not responsible for moderating them. However, if you'd like to report an incident of a person misusing this server, e.g as a hub to distribute scam links via DM's, please do report them to the moderator team via a ticket.
While your profile picture and custom status are part of your online identity and we don't want to restrict that, they are inherently public and visible to all users on this server. Thus we will ask you to change your profile picture or status (or nickname) if they break the Discord ToS or Community Guidelines. If you didn't change it after 24 hours, we will kick you and report your profile to the Discord staff. This is the same for in-game, if your Minecraft name is inappropriate you will be asked to leave the server until you can change it, the same goes for your Minecraft skin.
Please be respectful with regards to other people's ongoing discussions. That does not mean that you are not allowed to talk to others while a discussion is going on - in fact, feel free to join in with your own input, but purposefully interrupting them is not okay, and general spamming behaviour is not tolerated.
Please make sure that whatever you're posting belongs in the channel you want to post it in. Read a channel's description to find out what it's about. This helps us keep the server organised, makes it easier to moderate, and helps people to find the type of discussion they're looking for. It also facilitates communication by reducing undesired interruptions.
The rules are all here for the benefit of the server, the punishments are up to the currently active Moderators decision and the rule that was broken. The Moderator team all have permission to punish an infraction however they deem fit. Arguing with a staff member about something they have decided is fitting will lead to you getting a warning yourself. If you wish to bring up an issue you have with how something was handled by a staff member, please post a Staff Complaints ticket and we will look into it.

The end is off limits. If you find a stronghold, you are free to loot it, turn it into a base, whatever, but lighting the portal to get to the End is a Bannable offence. The main reason for this is that I am no longer allowing Elytra in the server, purely because it takes away from people who choose flying origins. If everyone can go grab an elytra, being able to fly is no longer a special thing. Secondary reason is that the server has a limited storage space, and dimension chunks being loaded takes up space. Having hundreds of files of End chunks of nothingness void is a waste of space that I feel is better used on keeping track of people's Flan claims, the overworld and the Nether.
We are currently paying a lot for the server as it is, but with all the mods we have in, and players loading many different chunks, we need the help of the players to try and reduce the load on the server itself. One of the main causes of lag on MC public servers are farms, and so for the best of everyone, we are having to limit what sort of farms are allowed. If we find any builds on this list, you will receive a warning, if the build is not removed in a set time frame, Staff will remove the build without compensating you any items used.
If you build in the nether, make sure that the lava is smooth and flat. If you mine in and around lava, replace it with blocks so that it does not flow.
Most commonly, do not use chests, furnaces or dispensers for floors etc.
We cannot give you an exact radius of what “extra large” is. If you plan to build something big, make a ticket and ask a staff member to come check on the lag created while it is running. As per the rules, nothing is allowed to have constant activity, all redstone farms must have a clearly marked on/off switch.
With massive I mean more than 5 blocks wide, sky to bedrock. Not only do these cause the server TPS to tank due to loading so much falling blocks, they are also just an eyesore.
Farm what you need. It is not a competition. Your ability to breed mobs is limited but the server in any event, but don’t make that an excuse to max out your headcount just because. Having a farm filled with clashing entities causes the server to struggle every time you are near them. Breed them up, get the resources you need, and leave the farm with 8 entities max for breeding next time.
If you have a mob farm where mobs automatically are killed, there needs to be a switch that can disable mob spawning/killing. The killing method here does not matter (falling, fire, overcrowding). It has to be able to be disabled and when you are not there, it should not operate. If other people than the owner goes to a farm, they must have a switch to turn on to operate it.
Unless you can switch them off.
Spawn-attempts that are then cancelled - thus causing tick lag as the server struggles to find some place to spawn the mobs. Unless specifically needed for a set farm to work. Doing this around a huge area of your base is frowned upon.
The ice melts and refreezes permanently, no need to explain what this does to the server.
If your farm produces more than a single chest full of goods in a harvest, it is too much. This refers to both automated farms and huge wheat/carrot fields.
Farms that use nether portals are not allowed, look for a different design.
The server is very much a mish mash or fun looking Mods, and sometimes certain mods being placed together can create game breaking bugs/glitches etc. If you find one of these, open a ticket and report it to staff so we can see if we can somehow fix it. Do not “show this cool trick” off to friends. People found exploiting glitches will be punished.
Using hacks, x-raying texture packs, auto-clickers etc are against the rules.
We have FLAN in the server for a reason, no one should be able to mess with your claim without your permission. All Flan information is in the /flan menu command. All you need is a Golden Hoe which will be provided for you the first time you join the server.
No entering and staying in people's claims without permission. If you are asked to leave someone's claim, leave. This does not mean you can revoke your permission and then kill or harm the other instantly, give them time to leave. If a player dies within your claim, you must still allow them in to gather their items.
We have a mod that allows you to toggle your PVP on or off using /pvp . Both parties must agree to PVPing before fighting. If you are in a PVP specific area (arena for example) you must have your PVP on, and expect to be killed. If you are in an arena and complain about being killed, the staff won't do anything about it. Entering a PVP area is consenting to PVP. Do not 3rd party and stab someone in the back, there was no consent there. On the other hand, agreeing to PVP then toggling your PVP off because you are getting too close to death is punishable as that is bad sportsmanship.
It is illegal to kill others’ owned mobs out of Lore (if it is agreed upon by both parties it is fine) we do understand that accidents happen however. If you do accidentally kill someone's pets it is your responsibility to replace that pet.
Stealing is not allowed, if you find an unclaimed chest/build it is not free to take unless a sign says so. If you find a farm, you can take crops as long as you replace by re-planting.
AFK-ing is not endorsed around farms. If we find you are AFK near a farm, we will kick you from the game. If you do choose to AFK away from a farm or in general and you die, we will not return your items.
1) You are not allowed to put an (A) or anything similar to get your waystone to the top of the list. 2) Do NOT teleport to random waystones, if you get stuck in a claim don't come crying to mods about it, use /flan trapped and make your own way home. 3) Do NOT set your home waystones to public, Flan is buggy and certain people might be able to do stuff around your claims that you do not wish. REMINDER: If you make a trapped waystone, you will be banned.
If you are away from the server for more than 6 weeks, your claim will vanish, meaning your items will no longer be protected.
Anybody who has a chunk loader is going to be warned heavily or banned. Our server is too massive to backup constantly, and we can't just download it anymore due to the size.
People may have alt accounts for Lore reasons. Alt accounts are not allowed to contribute to your main accounts items, you must treat any alt accounts as a different player, they can not base with your main, they can not give your main items. If you are seen giving items or interacting in any way with your alts, one of them will be banned.
As a heavily modded server still in testing, unexpected crashes are expected. Sometimes crashes result in the loss of items. This is why we recommend taking record of the valuable items you get. So you can prove that you had it in case it gets deleted. For powerful items, Moderators need evidence that you had them in order to return them to you. I understand this is somewhat annoying but if we don't enforce this, some rando noob can just go and say they lost netherite blocks and get them. Take screenshots of your powerful items to provide in a ticket in the event you may lose said item. Below is a list of examples for what we will compensate for. If your case is not like the ones below, and you want to know if you may be compensated, ask anyway:
We will not compensate for any of the following, or anything like the following. If you aren’t sure about whether or not we’ll accept a compensation, ask anyway:
