If you are planning for a Canon Event or Discussion, that is relevant to the Lore of the World/Server, please be sure to fill in a Script template with everyone involved and get a staff member's approval (if you wish for event secrets to be kept secret, you can open a ticket to keep things private). The template is below, copy and paste the Template into your own Google Doc and share this with everyone who will be involved.

Rules

The script must be filled in/approved of by everyone that will be present in the event.

The script should be made in a Google doc, and any players that are joining/being involved should be added to the document and allowed to edit as well. 

It is up to the people involved in the event if the script is allowed to be made public or not.

Scripts should be submitted and approved by a Staff member if the Event will be a Publicly held/Lore heavy one. - Said staff member is to add the script to the WolfQueens Origins > Live > Lore > Scripts drive.
